Why I tweet.....
I started tweeting soon after it was available. I like to dip my toe into something new to see what benefit I might derive, or to work out what others are so excited about.
I manage two Twitter accounts – one personal (@Denisepicton) and one for Oztrain (@OzTrainAU). I am much more conscientious about the personal one, which I add to at least a few times a week.
I find the personal one valuable because I don’t keep a traditional diary, but looking back through my tweets, I am reminded of what I was up to right through the past year.
And besides, where else might I share a favourite piece of Shakespearian wisdom?. “ Cudgel thy brains no more about it, for your dull ass will not mend this pace with beating”- Hamlet, Act 5, Scene 1.
