Denise Picton Managing Director
Denise Picton is the Managing Director of oztrain.
Denise built this Adelaide based company following a career as a Chief Executive and Deputy Chief Executive of two large Victorian organisations. Denise works with management groups in many State Government, Local Government and Private Sector organisations both locally and internationally. She provided executive programs for The University of Adelaide Graduate School of Business for over 11 years, and still enjoys developing leaders within the university sector. Denise is in her 34th year as a management consultant with Oztrain.

Denise is also a keen oil painter and writer of novels. She lives in the Clare Valley on weekends with her husband on their much loved property “Kennedya” where, despite all efforts, the only thing she has managed to keep alive is her worm farm. Denise cannot cook anything, so if she offers you food she has prepared, it is recommended that you politely refuse.
